GS-Hydro Commits To Diversity And Inclusion

GS-Hydro has been participating in the Finnish Corporate Responsibility Network FIBS´ activities already earlier, and now GS-Hydro is also a member of the Diversity Charter Finland. By joining the organization, GS-Hydro is committed to implement and develop diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace as well as customer relations regardless of ethnic origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, or disability among other things.

GS-Hydro was given a certificate in Helsinki for joining the Diversity Charter Finland. According to research, diverse workplace benefits the company by producing more innovative solutions, increases satisfaction of employees and strengthens employer branding.
